The minimum order value is ₹500 for regular services. Monthly plans are shown separately with their own listed prices.
Are the listed prices inclusive of GST?+
No. Public prices are before GST, and GST at 18% is extra.
How is laundry in kg billed?+
Weight-based laundry uses the selected service rate per kg. Final billing is confirmed after physical inspection of the clothes at the facility.
What is included in Wash & Fold?+
Wash & Fold includes machine washing, dryer processing, and neatly folded clothing. It starts at ₹79 per kg before GST.
What is included in Wash & Steam Iron?+
Wash & Steam Iron includes washing, drying, and a steam-iron finish. It starts at ₹109 per kg before GST.
When should I choose dry cleaning?+
Dry cleaning is a useful choice for special fabrics, sarees, blazers, structured garments, and items that need garment-specific care. Share the item details before pickup if you are unsure.

Stain treatment depends on the fabric, stain type, stain age, and garment condition. Please share the details before booking; no result can be promised without assessment.
What monthly plans are available?+
The current plans are Basic: 12 kg Wash & Fold for ₹999; Standard: 20 kg Wash & Steam Iron for ₹1,999; and Premium: 30 kg Wash & Steam Iron for ₹4,199. GST is extra.
How long are monthly plans valid?+
Monthly plans are valid for 30 days. Unused kilograms do not carry forward to the next plan period.
